Extensive hail damage
The damage from the hail was so extensive, it required hood, roof, and trunk replacement. In addition, the side panels were deeply dented. I have used Airpark Collision Center before for small dings and bumper repair. In addition to the very personal touch by Gerald and Rob, one would think this shop consisted of mechanically oriented people, however they should more adequately be described as ARTISTS. They are perfectionists in their work, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They are great.

Paint job
I got my plastic parts on my x5 and these guys did excellent job!!! Color matches perfect and they did perfect job prepping the plastic parts. They gave me an amazing deal as well. These guys are professional and I can vouch that they will make sure all the customers are satisfied.

Replaced bumper and front quarter panel and fixed passenger door
I just picked up my Kia Soul that was in an accident on April 12. While the damages to my vehicle weren’t that bad, Rob and Gerald assured me that I wouldn’t be able to tell there was any damage when I pick up my car. Not only were they absolutely correct, but they had my car ready a day earlier than promised !!! This is the second time I’ve used their services and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. Great work guys ! Thank you.

Collision Work
I had my 2007 Honda Fit 1 day and when pulling out of my car port I, hit a pole on the same day I bought my car. On the following Monday, I called Rob and Gerald who were very professional, and polite. They called the towing service, had the car towed to their facility. They worked with my insurance company, offered to call the rental car company for me. I was told by my insurance company when my car would be finished, but the car was done earlier than expected. The workmanship on the car was out of this world, it looks like it when I bought the car. Airpark Collision is the only place that I will ever take my car to. One other thing, this was my first accident ever. Thank you Rob and Gerald for everything you did to make this a pleasant experience.

I just picked up my Jaguar which received extensive damage to the rear end and I was extremely pleased with the results. Since I met Gerald Small a year and a half ago, I have put every faith and confidence in Airpark Collision Center. Airpark is responsible for all of Alice Cooper’s Barrett Jackson cars like the Gull Wing they have a picture of as well as an Avanti and a few others. We have a few projects in the works right now and we plan to have Airpark Collision Center do them for us, too. I would not take my cars anywhere else. Their work is great, the people are personable, and they’re honest. That is hard to find!!!

I brought my Mercedes AMG to Airpark Collision Center last year for the first time when someone hit me in a parking lot and took off. Airpark Collision Center helped me though the insurance claim process, helped me reserve my rental car, kept me informed about the status of my Mercedes, and even delivered it to me when I had no way to pick it up. They were so great. I have had several minor repairs done there since then. They know my name when I walk in and they always do their best for me. I won’t go anywhere else.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the work you did on my BMW. I was so disappointed when I returned to my car and found that someone had damaged my car in a parking lot just days earlier. My insurance company referred my to your service. While at ACC and reviewing the damage with you, I decided to have some additional work performed on my car’s hood out of my own pocket. When I picked my car up just 3 days later, I could not recognize how great my car looked! I had to ask you if that was really my car – it just looked so wonderful!

I had my Range Rover for a little over a week and got rear ended. My neighbor referred me to Airpark Collision Center, so I went in for an estimate. I was really worried about my new car. I’m a perfectionist so I stressed that the job would not be done right. Rob assured me that the repair would look great. He was right, my car turned out perfect. I have a 2011 Toyota 4-Runner and was very upset when a woman ran into me. I thought my car would be riddled with noises and never get back to the same quality and aesthetics it once had. And I had no idea where to go for reputable repairs. I was referred to Airpark Collision by my insurance and I am very happy with the outcome!
