A Customer’s Act of Kindness
It is a few days before Thanksgiving and today one of our repeat customers came in for an estimate. I watched him in the parking lot as he was stopped by an elderly woman. She told him she was lost and followed him to our auto body shop. She did not have a phone and was very confused. This nice man used his cell phone to call her daughter. Both the man and the elderly woman waited inside our waiting room. I could tell the woman was scared and very anxious. The man received his collision repair estimate, and told the woman he would wait with her until her daughter arrived. About ten minutes later the daughter stepped out of her car and hugged her mom. The woman was crying, but clearly relieved.
Airpark Collision Center would like to recognize this act of kindness. We often take time to appreciate the big things in life, but today we were reminded that even a small thing can make a big difference in the lives of others. We are thankful for our wonderful community and customers. Happy Thanksgiving!
