Major Collision Repair
We definitely see our share of major collision damage! Not only is the outside vehicle body compromised but the mechanical components underneath also need repair or replacement. No problem, we are prepared! When a Hyundai or any other vehicle is involved in a serious collision, the proper equipment is very necessary. Airpark Collision Center has computerized equipment that can realign a vehicle frame back to factory specifications. We also have equipment to create factory welds. These welds look like the ones made by the robotic arm at the manufacturing plant. Why is this important? Come trade in time, or lease return it will be difficult for someone to see that your vehicle was damaged and if they do notice they can tell the repairs are solid and completed using proper industry procedure.
Airpark Collision Center works with all insurance companies-even the little ones! Once customers bring us a claim number we can usually handle the rest. Of course all damage reported must be collision related. Customers who have unrelated damage often choose to pay their portion out of pocket. Customers with deductibles will pay the required amount to Airpark Collision Center, Scottsdale’s auto body repair facility upon pick up of vehicle.
How Do You Calculate the Estimate?
Any reputable collision repair facility will have a computerized estimating system. Most modern auto body shops do not guess how long a repair will take, the software will calculate the price of each procedure taking labor hours into consideration. Airpark Collision Center, will print out an itemized list of labor, paint materials and parts so you can compare to other collision repair centers. An itemized list, makes it easy to see if one auto body repair facility did not include all necessary labor and/or parts. This is especially important if you are paying out of pocket!
