• Insurance companies may recommend a repair facility, however your insurance company will still cover repairs at a shop of your choice.

• The repair facility guarantees the repairs, not the insurance company.

• Before you chose a repair facility ask yourself, what type of vehicles are currently under repair?  Are the technicians ASE or I-CAR certified? Did the estimator explain what work has to be done in order for a quality repair?  Think safety and aesthetics.  What level of service are current customers receiving?
